Terms of Use

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to book a stay.

A booking request is an offer to the host, not a confirmed reservation. The host may approve or decline it. A reservation is confirmed only once the host approves the request and, where payment is required, payment has been completed.

Listing details, prices, availability and house rules are provided by hosts. We do not own or manage the properties listed and are not a party to the agreement between you and a host.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying through the Service you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us. A security deposit, where shown, is authorised or held separately and released after checkout unless the host reports damage.

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the timing of the cancellation and the state of the booking. Amounts already captured are refunded through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times are set by your bank.

You agree to follow each listing’s house rules, respect the property and neighbours, and leave the property in the condition you found it. Hosts may report damage or rule violations, which can affect your deposit and your ability to book in future.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for holding the rights needed to offer the property, for meeting local laws and permit requirements, and for honouring confirmed reservations.

You may only review a stay you actually completed. Reviews and other content you submit must be your own and must not be false, abusive or unlawful. You grant us a licence to display that content within the Service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping, no attempts to break authentication or access data that is not yours, no interference with other users, and no use of the Service for anything illegal.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of hosts or guests.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
